The Hilchenbach is an approximately 500-meter-long right and northern tributary of the Wildebach in the Wilden district of the municipality of Wilnsdorf in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district, which is north-west of the Rhine .

The Hilchenbach rises in a wooded area below the Elkersberg ( 443.5  m above sea  level ) and above the Protestant Wildener Church, then always flows in a southerly direction, flows around the church to the west, runs below the church, piped under a parking lot and the Freier Grunder Straße . The last hundred meters the stream runs through a ditch in a meadow until it flows into the Wildebach above the Wildener sports hall.
