Hippolytus of Turno

Hippolyt von Turno (born November 30, 1828 in Objezierze (Oberau); † March 13, 1897 there ) was a manor owner and member of the Reichstag .

Turno attended the Kölln High School in Berlin and the Bergakademie Freiberg in the Kingdom of Saxony. After a stay in Paris he became a farmer. He owned the Objezierze rule with the manors Objezierze, Nieczajna , Zulin and Pacholewo (all in the Obornik district ).

From 1871 to 1881 he was a member of the Poznan Provincial Parliament and from 1879 to 1882 of the Prussian House of Representatives . From 1871 to 1874 he represented the constituency of Bromberg 4 ( Inowraclaw - Mogilno ) and from 1877 to 1884 the constituency of Poznan in the German Reichstag for the Polish parliamentary group .
