Bandai learned to play soccer on the school team at Fukushima Higashi High School . He signed his first contract with Vegalta Sendai in 2004 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club, he completed 107 first division games. In 2008 he moved to the first division club Júbilo Iwata . For the club, he completed 27 first division games. In 2010 he moved to the second division Sagan Tosu . For the club he completed 26 league games.
