Hjortens Udde is a peninsula in Dalsland ( Sweden ), which protrudes east of Mellerud in the Vänern .
The eastern continuation of this peninsula is the marginal moraine of Hindens Rev , which runs partly under water through the Vänern and forms a long peninsula south of Kållandsö .
