Hoàng Vũ Samson (born October 6, 1988 in Kaduna ), formerly Samson Kayode Olaleye , is a Nigerian - Vietnamese football player .
After his naturalization as a Vietnamese citizen in 2013, his name is translated as Hoàng Vũ Samson in Vietnamese.
Career
Đặng Văn Lâm signed his first contract in 2007 in Quảng Ninh with Than Quang Ninh FC . Here he scored 20 goals in 22 games in the Vietnamese National Football First League until 2008 . In 2009 he moved to Cao Lãnh for the first division club FC Đồng Tháp . Here he scored 43 goals in 49 games. On August 15, 2011, he moved to Spain . He signed a contract with Atlético Madrid B . Four days later, on August 19, 2011, he was loaned to the Portuguese club Sporting Braga . The loan ended on September 14, 2011. The following day he went back to Vietnam and signed a contract with Hà Nội FC . The club played in the V.League 1 and is based in Hanoi . By 2017 he had scored 103 goals in 145 games. Samson holds the record for the most goals scored. In 2018 he made his way to Thailand . Here he signed a contract with Buriram United , a club that played in the Thai League . After two missions, he returned to Vietnam in March 2018 and joined his former club Hà Nội FC. Here he played until the end of 2019. In 25 league games, he hit the opposing goal 21 times. In 2020 he moved to FC Thanh Hóa in Thanh Hóa .
