The Hocheck is about 860 meters high. The summit can be reached in about 50 minutes on foot and in about 10 minutes by cable car from Oberaudorf. From the summit you have a good view of the Kranzhorn and Spitzstein , which are on the other side of the Inn Valley. The valley station of the cable car is easily accessible. It only takes about 5 minutes by car from the Oberaudorf motorway exit.

Ski Area

A few years ago, the renovation of the ski area began. There has been a new 4- seater chairlift since the 2002/2003 season . It was exchanged for the outdated 1-seater chairlift. In addition, the ski slope was equipped with a floodlight system, a winter toboggan run that was illuminated at night, as well as a rail park and a children's area. The entire ski area is equipped with a modern TechnoAlpin snow-making system and can be completely covered with snow.

360 ° loop of the summer toboggan run

A summer toboggan run leads down from the middle station . It is the only summer toboggan run in the world with a 360 ° loop.

Hocheck mountain railway

The Hocheck mountain railway is a 1,450 meter long 4-seater chairlift up to the Hocheck. It overcomes a difference in altitude of 310 meters in its course. The Hocheck mountain railway is laid on 16 pillars and was built in 2002 within five months.

In 2006, the Hocheck cable car was converted into a detachable system (KSB) by the Lenggries cable car company. In the valley and mountain stations, the equipment runs at a very low speed, while under the route it can be driven at a very high speed. The transport capacity increased significantly.
