High head is 431  m above sea level. NN high mountain in the southern Palatinate Forest, the German part of the Wasgau in Rhineland-Palatinate . The Hohe Kopf is located in the district of Birkenhördt about one kilometer southwest of the village.

The Hohe Kopf is completely forested . The summit can only be reached via aisles or footpaths .
