Holger Höcke

Holger Höcke (* 1962 in Saarbrücken ) is a German publishing editor and writer.

Life

Höcke grew up in Mainz . At the Johannes Gutenberg University there , he studied German , Protestant theology and Latin . He passed his first state examination in 1989 and completed his training in 1995 with a doctorate to become a Dr. phil. from. In his dissertation he tried for the first time an overall interpretation of Arabel by Ulrich of the Türlin make a "reception" phenomenon.

Since then he has been working as a textbook editor at Diesterweg-Verlag . In the 2000s he was also editor of the journal for pedagogy and theology there .

In addition to working on some school books, Höcke is the author of the Mainz story Der Zecher vom Fastnachtsbrunnen and the historical novel The Monk of Eberbach .

He lives in Zwingenberg in Hesse.
