Holger Speck is a German conductor and professor at the Karlsruhe University of Music .

Life

Holger Speck is the artistic director of the Rastatt vocal ensemble and the Les Favorites baroque orchestra . He teaches as a professor at the University of Music in Karlsruhe and works as a guest conductor and singer.

With the Vocal Ensemble Rastatt, he won prizes in competitions and published CD recordings (see discography). Holger Speck is a guest at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, the Deutschlandradio cultural concerts at the Wartburg, the Schwetzingen Festival, the European Music Festival Stuttgart, the European Church Music Festival Schwäbisch Gmünd, the Philharmonie "La Filature" in Mulhouse, the international music days in Speyer Cathedral a. a. He leads productions for SWR, Deutschlandradio Kultur Berlin, Deutschlandfunk Cologne. He works regularly with internationally renowned artists such as Kirsten Blaise, Ruth Ziesak, Jan Kobow, Konstantin Wolff , Reinhold Friedrich , Wolfgang Meyer , Anne Le Bozec and Veronika Skuplik .
