The Holstebro Kirke in the Danish town of Holstebro was built in 1907 by the architect Vilhelm Ahlmann (1852–1928). Her eclectic, nationally romantic style resembles that of Aalbæk Kirke , which Ahlmann had created ten years earlier.

The building with 750 seats replaced a medieval church that had been demolished in 1906.

Many furnishings from the old church have been reused in the new church, such as three chandeliers from 1661, 1742 and 1788. The votive nave typical of Danish churches dates from 1725, and another was added in 1999.

Two epitaphs show Baron Rudolf von Gersdorff (* 1660) and his second wife Karen Solgaard as well as Christen Christensen de Linde (1626–1706) with his wife Dorothea Nielsdatter (1639–1685). During the restoration in 1982 an older picture was found under the portrait of Linde, which can now be seen again in the epitaph. The picture of the elderly couple hangs on the wall next to them.

In 2003 the sculptor Niels Helledie made a crucifix for the church.

In the choir there is a pulpit (early 17th century; sound cover 1600). The pulpit was painted in 1907 and shows the evangelists . The font is from the same year . The Dutch altar from 1510 shows the Annunciation , the birth of Christ, the death of the Virgin Mary and the circumcision of the Lord .

The organ from 1957 was expanded to 45 voices in 1982 , the 2710 organ pipes were made by the Frobenius company .

The carillon in the church tower has 48 bells.
