The Holte Dahl Hill is a 150 m high and prominent hill on Deception Iceland in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises south of Mount Pond on Whalers Bay .
The British geologist Donald Durston Hawkes (* 1934) from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it in 1961. Polish scientists named it in 1999 after the Norwegian geologist Olaf Holtedahl (1885–1975), who studied the South Shetland Islands and the islands between 1927 and 1928 of the Palmer Archipelago .
