Honiton
Honiton is a small town in the county of Devon in England . It is located on the River Otter , 27 km northeast of Exeter and belongs to the East Devon district .
In the Domesday Book , the imperial land register of Wilhelm the Conqueror from 1086, a farmstead with the name Honetone is listed here , which means something like " homestead of a man named Huna".
Today the city has a population of just 11,200 inhabitants and is an important market town, which deals with bobbin lace (bobbin lace) and Honiton Pottery has made a name.
