Dignitaries parliament

In political science, an honorary parliament is a parliament whose members are predominantly or exclusively to be assigned to the wealthy and educated bourgeoisie and have a high degree of professional and economic independence, which enables them to be able to carry out a political activity without having to do anything To refer to remuneration ( diets ).
