Hook is an English town with just 7,500 inhabitants in the Hart District in Hampshire in the region South East England and is located 70 km south-west of London on the railway line to Southampton . The River Whitewater flows on the eastern edge of the village.
Bartley Wood Business Park, an important office center in the village, houses the largest broadband company in the world and Great Britain's largest cable network operator, Virgin Media (subsidiary of Liberty Global since 2013 ), as well as BMW Bank , Hewlett-Packard , Lenovo and Serco Group , Tesco and Trimble Navigation have offices.
