Hart is a district in the county of Hampshire in England that is named after the River Hart . The administrative seat is Fleet ; other significant places are Crondall , Hartley Wintney , Hook , Odiham and Yateley . Hart is considered to be one of the wealthiest districts in England.
The district was formed on April 1, 1974 and was the result of the merger of the Urban District Fleet and the Rural District Hartley Wintney.
