The Horn is a coastal river in France that runs in the Finistère department in the Brittany region . It rises in the municipality of Plouvorn , drains with several changes of direction generally to the north and flows into the English Channel after 27 kilometers at Pont Bihan , on the municipal border of Santec and Plougoulm . Below Pont Bihan it forms an approximately one kilometer long, narrow bay of the Ria type , which reaches the open sea south of the hamlet of Dossen (municipality of Santec).
