Plougoulm ( Breton Plougouloum ) is a French commune with 1759 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Finistère department in Brittany .

geography

The municipality is located 44 kilometers northeast of Brest near the English Channel near Saint-Pol. The coastal river Guillec runs along the western municipal boundary and the Horn runs along the eastern and northern borders .
