location
The holiday and seaside resort is located in the north of Brittany on the Atlantic coast . Morlaix is 22 kilometers southeast, the city and port of Brest 42 kilometers southwest and Paris around 470 kilometers east (as the crow flies ).

At Landivisiau and Morlaix there are departures on European route 50 (Brest- Rennes ) and regional train stations on the mostly parallel railway line. Brest train station is the terminus of the TGV Atlantique to Paris.

Attractions
There are three old aristocratic residences in the municipality:
- Tronjoly Castle from the 16th century
- Ruins of Kergournadeac'h Castle , which was deliberately destroyed by its owners around 1760
- Kermenguy Castle , completed in 1632
