Plourin-lès-Morlaix ( Breton Plourin-Montroulez ) is a French commune in the Bretagne region in the Finistère department with 4,457 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It is five kilometers south of Morlaix and 52 kilometers east of Brest . The river Jarlot , which at Morlaix, will take on the name of the same name, runs along the eastern municipal boundary .
