The place is located about 16 kilometers south of the Rade de Morlaix bay on the Atlantic coast . Le Cloître-Saint-Thégonnec is located in the Armorique Regional Nature Park ( French Parc naturel régional d'Armorique ).

Morlaix is ten kilometers north, Brest 50 kilometers west and Paris about 450 kilometers east.
