Horsford is a village and civil parish in the county of Norfolk , about 10 km north of Norwich .

The village is surrounded by Horsford Forest, which is home to a colony of the endangered Bluish Blue Clover .

Also nearby is Horsford Castle , an abandoned castle which was abandoned in the 15th century.
