Horst dichanz
Horst Dichanz (born April 19, 1937 in Gelsenkirchen-Buer ) is a German educator.
Life
From 1957 to 1961 he trained as a teacher at the Pedagogical Academy in Essen-Kettwig , then taught in Gelsenkirchen and Liängeryk . In 1963 he began a part-time study of educational sciences at the University of Münster . After completing his doctorate in Münster in 1969 , he was a lecturer at the German Institute for Distance Learning (DIFF) in Tübingen from 1970 to 1973 (development of the radio college). In 1974 he became scientific adviser and professor at Bielefeld University . In 1974 he was appointed to the founding committee of the FernUniversität. From 1975 to 2002 he taught as a professor for the theory of schools and teaching; first prorector for further education.
