Horst Freund (born September 28, 1960 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Freund was a member of the Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund for four years . During this time he completed 8 games. In the 1983/84 season he moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for Rot-Weiss Essen . He was a regular regular and played 35 games. With food, he finished 17th in the table and was relegated.
