Horst Wetterau
Horst Wetterau (born April 15, 1970 in Hessen ) is a German bodybuilder .
Life
After finishing secondary school, Wetterau learned the trade of carpenter . He started strength training when he was 13. In 1987 he became the North German bench press champion and has been taking part in bodybuilding competitions since 1993. In 2000 and 2003 he won the Bavarian championship. In 2007 and 2012 he became German bodybuilding champion - the only athlete who managed to win the championship, which has been held since 1960, twice. In 2014 he was IFBB World Champion in Morelia in the heavyweight class over 90 kilos in the Masters class 40 to 49 years .
In 2015, Wetterau was sentenced to a fine of 6,500 euros for trafficking and possession of doping substances . He lives in Mitterteich and works as an area sales manager for a manufacturer of dietary supplements .
