Hotel Hubertushöhe
The Hotel Hubertushöhe is a listed building in the Neindorf district in Saxony-Anhalt, part of the city of Oschersleben .

The building is located in the center of the Hohe Holz at the address Hubertushöhe 1 north on a hill above the road leading through the forest area. Hiking trails that lead through the Hohe Holz begin near the detached house.
Architecture and history
The hotel was built around 1900. The building was partly built in half-timbered construction. The architectural style is historicizing . There is a visible framework on the upper floor. To the north of the restaurant on the ground floor is a hall building. Next to the main house is a small house for employees.
In the time of the GDR the house was operated as a restaurant. In 1993 the district of Oschersleben sold the building to an entrepreneur from Genthin for the symbolic price of one D-Mark . He invested in the restaurant and continued to operate it. He then sold the house to a Dutchman , who was in foreclosure in 2003 . Ultimately, the Osnabrück innkeeper Siegfried Urmoneit acquired the restaurant at a foreclosure auction in early 2008 . However, the restaurant was not operated. The district of Börde , owner of the surrounding land, tried to acquire the building.
The building is currently (as of 2016) empty and in need of renovation.
The building is listed as a hotel in the local monument register under registration number 094 55880.
