The hotel was built in 1962. It is located between Stuttgart Central Station and Stuttgart Palace Gardens . It has 106 rooms and suites, some with a panoramic view of the palace gardens. The Stuttgart State Theater and the Stuttgart State Gallery are close by.
Zirbelstube restaurant
The Zirbelstube restaurant has walls paneled with stone pine . It has been awarded a Michelin star since 2004 . From 2012 to 2014, the Schlossgarten restaurant in the same building was used instead of the Zirbelstube . Bernhard Diers cooked there from 2002 , followed in 2013 by Sebastian Prüßmann .
Denis Feix has been the head chef since January 2017 .
In summer there are 45 seats inside as well as 35 seats on the terrace with a view of the palace gardens.
