Hōko Kuwashima ( Japanese 桑 島 法子 , Kuwashima Hōko ; born December 12, 1975 in Kanegasaki , Isawa , Iwate Prefecture ) is a Japanese voice actress ( seiyū ), who is known for the flexibility of her voice. In addition to feminine women, she also played the roles of boys. Her name Hōko ( 法子 ) is often mispronounced as Noriko , which is due to the same spelling of the name of Noriko Sakai ( 酒井 法子 ), a famous Japanese actress. She attended a public college in northern Iwate , but interrupted her visit for six months. She then changed schools, graduated and moved to Tokyo with the aim of becoming seiyū .
