Howard Davis (athlete)
Howard Davis (born April 27, 1967 ) is a former Jamaican sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
He celebrated his greatest international success at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. There the Jamaican 4 x 400 meter relay won the silver medal behind the team of the United States in the line-up Bert Cameron , Howard Davis, Winthrop Graham and Devon Morris . In the 400-meter run, Davis reached the semi-finals in Seoul.
At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Davis started the relay again. However, this was eliminated in the preliminary round due to disqualification.
Howard Davis was also the 1989 Jamaican champion in the 400-meter run. He is 1.85 m tall and weighed 81 kg during his playing days.
