Hugo Loewert (born May 5, 1973 ) is a former French archery biathlete .

Hugo Loewert won the bronze medal in the relay race at the archery biathlon world championships 2001 in Kubalonka alongside Julien Storti , Emmanuel Jeannerod and Sebastien Gardoni behind the representatives from Russia and Italy. The Frenchman repeated this success in Pokljuka in 2002 , where he finished third behind Russia and Slovenia with Guilhem Motte , Sebastien Gachet and Sebastien Gardoni. In the mass start race, he was fourth against Igor Samoilov and missed another medal by less than two seconds. He won this one year later behind Andrei Markow and Wolodymir Osadchij in the mass start race in Krün . He did not finish the mass start race at the 2004 World Cup and finished fifth in the sprint and pursuit. Also with Gachet, Motte and Gardoni he missed a medal as the final runner in fifth place with the relay.
