Hugo Paul Schreiber-Uhlenbusch
Hugo Paul Schreiber-Uhlenbusch (pseudonym Hugo Paul Uhlenbusch ) (born August 27, 1905 in Gelsenkirchen , † September 22, 1978 in Herrsching am Ammersee ) was a German writer .
Life
Born as the son of a businessman, Schreiber-Uhlenbusch studied agriculture in Hohenheim and Vienna after attending secondary school in Bad Godesberg and Kleve . During his studies, he joined the military shaft Franko Suevia Hohenheim and the military shaft of Aldanen Vienna (today fraternity Aldania) . After completing his studies, he was a farmer in Styria from 1928 to 1933 and ran the Katschbach farm in St. Peter am Kammersberg as a fur farm .
Then he became a freelance writer. In 1932 he became a member of the NSDAP (membership number: 1.082.361), and a member of the Austrian SA . In 1933 he became a member of the Reich Association of German Writers and later the Reich Literature Chamber . He took part in the Second World War as a marine. After the end of the war, some of his books were placed on the list of literature to be sorted out in the Soviet occupation zone .
