Hugo von Eickstedt
Hugo Freiherr von Eickstedt (born May 21, 1832 in Silberkopf , Ratibor district , † February 11, 1897 in Gieraltowitz ) was a Silesian manor owner and Pomeranian court official.
Life
Hugo von Eickstedt was born as the son of the Prussian major and owner of the Silberkopf manor Hugo Julius von Eickstedt and Antonie. Born Freiin von Wittorff. After attending high school in Legnica and Wroclaw he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Silesian Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Breslau law . In 1853 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . As a government trainee a. D. he became the owner of the Gieraltowitz manor near Cosel . Von Eickstedt was Chamberlain of Pomerania . In 1883 he was raised to the Prussian baron status. He was married to Ida Nadjeschda Krohn.
