Humshakals (translated: "doppelganger") is a 2014 Indian comedy directed by Sajid Khan and produced under the Fox Star Studios banner. Starring are Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor, who each play three roles.

Ashok and Kumar are best friends. Ashok's father is a multimillionaire who fell into a coma six years ago. Mamaji and Dr. Khan want to get rid of Ashok in order to take his property. During a meeting, Mamaji mixes Ashok and Kumar's drinks. The two begin to behave like dogs and are put in an institution. The responsible doctor Dr. Shivani finds out they were on medication and releases her.
In the same institution there are also Ashoks and Kumar's doppelgangers who worked for drug smugglers. You are accidentally discharged. Shanaya and Mishti, Ashok and Kumar's friends, take them home with them. There Mamaji recognizes the mix-up and wants to use it in his favor to get Ashok's property. Meanwhile, Ashok and Kumar learn of Mamaji's evil plan, but they are still in the asylum. They get help from the district boy Cyrus, who introduces them to Johnny, Mamaji's doppelganger. Ashok and Kumar plan an act of revenge with the help of Johnny. But they are caught before they can escape. After a fit of anger from Johnny, the three escape. At a meeting, Ashok and Kumar were about to blow Mamaji's plan when Dr. Khan set off the fire alarm. All three insane people flee the building. Desperate, Ashok and Kumar encounter the bar owner Rajvinder, who looks like Mamaji's third doppelganger. Meanwhile, Mamaji has created more Ashok and Kumar doubles with the help of plastic surgery. Mamaji takes Ashok and Kumar's third doppelgangers to the House of Commons , where the fake Ashok hands over all property to Mamaji in the presence of Price Charles. But the real Ashok and Kumar arrive in time together with Mamaji's third doppelganger. To create complete confusion, the three insane rush into the room to help the real Ashok and Kumar. The eyewitnesses panic at the sight of so many doppelgangers. The film ends with Ashok's father waking up from his coma and realizing the real Ashok. Mamaji is arrested for what he did.
