The Hustebecke rises about three kilometers northeast of Werner city center. It then runs first about 160 m south, before it then makes a bend to the right and flows first in a south-westerly direction, then strictly westwards. After about 2.5 km it flows out at an altitude of 58 m above sea level. NN in the horns.
