The Hyndburn Brook is a watercourse in Lancashire , England . It arises from the confluence of the White Ash Brook and Tinker Brook west of Church . It passes under the M65 motorway and runs north between Rishton in the west and Clayton-le-Moors in the east and south or Great Harwood in the north. It flows northeast of Clayton-le-Moors into the River Calder .
