I Am Noah is a German metal / hardcore band from Trier, founded in 2015 .
history
The band I Am Noah was founded in summer 2015 and consists of singer Sören Frechen, bassist René Breinbauer, drummer Marius Greif and the two guitarists Daniel Zehren and Tim Schwenk.
In May 2016, the 12-track debut album The Verdict was released on the record label Bastardized Recordings . The songs on the album were written from the perspective of the fictional character Noah, who addresses the current socio-political changes.
In January 2018, Final Breed, the band's first EP was released under the Bastardized Recordings label
style
I Am Noah see themselves as a modern metalcore band. In addition, the band is given certain progressive and Djent references. Jens Kirsch from Ox-Fanzine describes the band as the intersection of The Ghost Inside , Architects and the former August Burns Red .
