Ida-Marie Corell
Ida-Marie Corell (* 1984 in Munich ) is a German artist .
Life
Ida-Marie Corell grew up in Munich. From 2003 she studied at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the Oslo School of Art . She then moved to Berlin-Kreuzberg. She did her doctorate at the Center for Art and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Applied Arts Vienna with a dissertation on the subject of "Everyday object plastic bag". She was a co-curator of the exhibition "Everyday object plastic bag" at the Winterthur industrial museum .
She has been involved in various exhibitions as a curator or co-curator. Solo or group exhibitions, such as at the 2010 Venice Architecture Biennale, are occasionally accompanied by their own performances .

Corell works with performance, installation, music, drawings, text, collages, painting, photography, film and video. In 2003 she founded her own musical, performative genre: "aggressive chansons".
