Ida Weiss

Ida Franziska Weiss (born October 10, 1925 in Bleiburg ; † February 10, 2009 in Klagenfurt ) was an Austrian writer .

Ida Weiss grew up with her grandparents, who were forest rangers in the estate administration in Tentschach Castle near Klagenfurt. In the 1960s she started working as an editor for the People's newspaper . Ida Weiss is the author of numerous books and has designed programs such as "Jagastund" and "Ratschbergpost" , which are popular on radio ORF Carinthia .
