Iddimanngiiu Bianco

Iddimanngiiu Jensen Bianco [ ˌitːimaˈŋːiːu ˈjɛnsn̩ ˈbi̯aŋko ] (* 1987 ) is a Greenlandic politician ( Inuit Ataqatigiit ).

Life

Iddimanngiiu Bianco is from Tasiilaq and studied English in the United States and England and studied at the University of Greenland . She is the daughter of the politician Harald Bianco (* 1954).

Iddimanngiiu ran for the Inuit Ataqatigiit in the 2013 local elections and was elected to the council of Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq . The following year she ran for parliamentary elections and received a place in the Inatsisartut . On December 1, 2017, she became director of the Destination East Greenland tourism organization , giving up her parliamentary seat. She did not run again in either the 2017 local elections or the 2018 parliamentary elections . In April 2020 she was replaced as Director at Destination East Greenland.
