Idrættens Hus
Idrættens Hus ( German House of Sports ) is a building complex consisting of a hotel (65 rooms), conference rooms, offices, library and restaurant, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Brøndby Stadium and the Brøndby Hallen sports hall in the Copenhagen suburb of Brøndby . The 33,000 m² complex is the seat of several Danish sports associations , including the umbrella organization of Danish sports, Danmarks Idræts-Forbund , which is housed in the main building from 1973. The main building also houses the Hall of Fame of Danish Sports (Sportens Hall of Fame) and the headquarters of the national handball association Dansk Håndbold Forbund . The annex house B was built in 1977, house C in 1992, houses D and E in 1995 and houses F and G in 2002.
