Ilka Arndt (born September 10, 1981 in Berlin ) is a former German handball player ( goalkeeper ).

She started playing handball at HSW Humboldt Berlin at the age of eight. Via TuS Neukölln , she joined the second division club SV Berliner VG 49 in 1999 , with whom she was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2001 . After the relegation of Berlin just a year later, the 1.77 m tall goalkeeper moved to Bundesliga club SG Hessen Hersfeld .
