Ilschat Mintagirowitsch Bilalow ( Russian Ильшат Минтагирович Билалов ; born January 15, 1985 in Nizhnekamsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Saryarka Karaganda in the Vysschaja Hockey League since June 2015 .

Ilschat Bilalow comes from the junior division of Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk . He began his career as a professional ice hockey player with Neftjanik Leninogorsk , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Vysschaya League , the second Russian division, in the 2004/05 season . Then the defender moved back to Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk, for which he was active in the KHL from 2005 to 2008 in the Superliga , as well as in the 2008/09 season after Neftechimik was admitted to the Continental Hockey League . In the 2005/06 season he also played for the second division Metallurg Serow .

From the 2009/10 season Bilalow was under contract with Amur Khabarovsk in the KHL, for which he gave three assists in his first year in 36 games. In total, by the end of the 2013/14 season, he made over 160 appearances for Amur in the KHL, but never got beyond the role of a supplementary player. In May 2014 he returned to his home club Neftechimik.
