Inês Pedrosa
Inês Pedrosa (born September 15, 1962 in Coimbra ) is a Portuguese writer , journalist and editor who is one of the most important contemporary writers in Portugal.
Life
Inês Pedrosa spent her childhood in Tomar and Algés . She studied communication science at the New University in Lisbon .
She was and still works as an editor for various newspapers, for example for “Jornal de Lettras” or “O Espresso”, where she still works today. She is also co-founder of the weekly "O Independente".
Since February 12, 2008, she has been the director of Casa Fernando Pessoa in Lisbon , the museum and memorial for the important Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa . She also worked for television and radio.
So far (2013) two of her books have been translated into German by Maralde Meyer-Minnemann .
