In the Big Dream is a video compilation by the British progressive rock band Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe (also: ABWH), an offshoot of the band Yes , from 1989.

Emergence

Jon Anderson (vocals), Bill Bruford ( drums ), Steve Howe ( guitar ), Rick Wakeman ( keyboards ) and Tony Levin (bass) spent five weeks in Paris in early 1989 to develop and record the material for their first album. Then the musicians flew to the Caribbean island of Montserrat to record the album in the AIR studios of Beatles producer George Martin . During this time, some interviews with the band were filmed, as well as some recordings of their studio work and leisure activities on the island.

In June 1989 appeared the debut of the band under the title Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe . The release was supported by music videos for the singles Brother of Mine , Quartet (I'm Alive) and Order of the Universe . A short time later, a video cassette appeared with these films, some excerpts from the interviews and from the documentary scenes from Montserrat under the title In the Big Dream , which is borrowed from the lyrics to Brother of Mine .
