Ina Martell

Ina Martell (born January 27, 1944 in Berlin ; actually Dorothea Polzin ) is a German singer and actress who enjoyed popularity in the GDR .

Life

Martell was one of the most successful singers in the GDR in the 1960s. Hits were flowers made of ice , two kisses on my way home or catch my dreams . She received the Berlin Broadcasting Corporation's Silver Microphone twice .

Ina Martell also had hits with the songs she recorded with Michael Hansen . In the TV musicals of Walter Eichenberg ( caution curves ) played and sang the leading role. She also appeared in the DEFA film Wedding Night in the Rain .
