Ingeborg Pongratz

Ingeborg Pongratz (born December 19, 1946 in Passau ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU ) and was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 2002 to 2008 .

education and profession

After completing commercial training, Ingeborg Pongratz worked as an administrative clerk at the agricultural trade association Niederbayern-Oberpfalz, at the parish office of St. Pius and the city youth council in the Bavarian youth ring.

Ingeborg Pongratz is Roman Catholic, married and the mother of two daughters.

politics

Ingeborg Pongratz joined the Junge Union , the Frauen-Union and the CSU in 1975 and was deputy CSU district chairman in Landshut from 1982 . Since 1984 she has been a member of the city council, where she was deputy parliamentary group leader from 1990 to 1994. 1979 to 2003 she was the FU district chairman in Landshut and since 1995 she has been the district chairwoman of the Women's Union of Lower Bavaria.

From May 1, 2002, she was a member of the state parliament, where she was a member of the Committee on Social, Health and Family Policy and a member of the Committee on Federal and European Affairs. In the state elections in 2008 , as a candidate on the list for the Lower Bavaria district, she was unable to return to the state parliament due to the heavy losses suffered by the CSU.

In 2004 Ingeborg Pongratz was a member of the 12th Federal Assembly .

Since April 22, 2013, she has been chairman of the CSU city council group in Landshut together with Helmut Radlmeier .

Ingeborg Pongratz is chairwoman of the Kneipp association in Landshut, since 2005 the state chairwoman of the Kneipp association of Bavaria eV and since 2009 vice-president of the Kneipp association
