Ingo Krüger (Author)

Ingo Krüger (born July 1, 1942 in Berlin ; † July 17, 2013 there ) was a German non-fiction author .

Career

From 1962 until his retirement in 2000, Krüger worked in the public service of the State of Berlin and the federal government. As a retiree , he was particularly committed to the protection of monuments in Berlin and Potsdam . He was a member of the Association for the Promotion of Monument Preservation, Denk mal an Berlin, and actively supported the annual Open Monument Days . Since 2002 he has published on buildings , gardens and ensembles that are valuable and worthy of protection .
