Ingo Timm

Ingo Johannes Timm (born April 11, 1973 in Lilienthal ) is a German computer scientist.

education and profession

After graduating with a thesis on the automatic generation of risk classifications , he did his doctorate on dynamic conflict management as behavior control of intelligent agents at the Technology Center for Computer Science at the University of Bremen . His doctoral supervisor is Otthein Herzog .

In 2006 he was appointed to a W2 professorship for business informatics and simulation at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main . Since 2010 he has been professor for business informatics at the University of Trier

Professor Timm is the spokesman for the Distributed Artificial Intelligence division of the Society for Computer Science .
