Ingrid Sommerkorn-Abrahams

Ingrid N. Sommerkorn-Abrahams (born May 3, 1936 in Berlin ) is a German sociologist.

Summer grain studied sociology at Frankfurt Institute for Social Research and at the London School of Economics and was at the University of London for Ph. D. doctorate . She was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Professor of Educational Sociology at the University of Bremen and finally Full Professor at the University of Hamburg at the Interdisciplinary Center for University Didactics (IZHD) and on Institute for Sociology. She is retired .
