InnText-Innsbrucker Kleinverlagsmesse is an exhibitor and sales fair in the capital of Tyrol , Austria . It was organized for the first time in 2004 by Christian "Yeti" Beirer, Ekkehard Hey-Ehrl and Günter Vallaster and has since taken place every two years with the participation of various small and medium-sized publishers from all over the German-speaking area.

At the previous exhibition locations Huttersaal and Kulturgasthaus Bierstindl , the publishers Haymon Verlag (A), Skarabäus (A), Kyrene (A), Bibliothek der Provinz (A) and Edition Korrespondenzen (A), Edition Thanhäuser, among others, have already placed their products on the extended weekends (A), Katzengraben (D), Urs Engeler (CH) and Orange Press (D), Parasite Press (D) and air shaft (A).

The aim of the three trade fair organizers at InnText 2006 (Claudia Moser, Yeti Beirer and Martin Kolozs ) is, above all, to offer a forum for exchange among the publishers and to give interested trade fair visitors a profound impression of the publishing work.

  • Kronen Zeitung: In addition to market-oriented small publishers, a number of bibliophile publishers presented their range of programs, which is characterized primarily by the elaborate processing, the use of rare typography and hand printing.
  • Kurier: The Innsbruck small publishing fair InnText in the Kulturgasthaus Bierstindl offered a platform for networking and communication . Publishers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria present their authors with their new publications and were given the opportunity to exchange ideas with visitors and with one another.
