Insteodden (Norwegian for Innerste Spitze ) is a rocky headland on the Prince Harald Coast of Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In the southeastern part of Lützow-Holm Bay it is located 1.5 km southwest of the hill Strandnebba on the east bank of the Havsbotn .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named them, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
